Hi makers! Today we headed off to Camp Nou the Barcelona FC football stadium. I am not a football fan, so visiting the gallery/museum before entering the actual stadium - was interesting in a way. I was thinking why are people taking photographs of someone's smelly old trainers from 1950? I also didn't understand about the golden boot/ball trophies etc, which Mr.B explained to me and I don't know who any of the players are. On the tour they take you around the whole stadium - even in the changing rooms, which was a bit of a weird moment, like invading someone's privacy! But anyway, it was an experience.
After that we returned to the Ramblas and went shopping (yay! my choice) and went to my version of Camp Nou - the largest Sephora I have ever seen! It was amazing. We had food in an all you can eat buffet place, which was good value and the food was really good. We made friends with an old lady at the next table, who could speak Italian so was talking to Mr.B and said she was learning Greek too. We had a large drink on the Ramblas after and people watched for a bit. My feet have been hurting a lot because of all of the walking. Make sure you take comfortable shoes when you go on a city break!
Are you going on holiday soon? Where are you going?
