Crochet Granny Square Pattern Free
I’m trying to improve my crochet skills and have been making granny squares from a pattern that I found on the blog – Attic24.
If you want to try this pattern you can find it here >
I have been using the crochet I know already for the most part, but have had a recap of the treble stitch.
This pattern is very helpful, with good explanations of each stitch and in particular the ‘bobble stitch’.
The granny squares I have made were with leftover yarns from my stash, including cotton from Rico, Debbie Bliss and Rowan.
So far I have made a total of 8 granny squares and I’m planning to make more.
The materials I used are; from Rico cotton in white and lilac, Debbie Bliss cotton – green and a vibrant purple from Rico cotton that I have just ran out of.
I used a 4mm crochet hook.
Once you know the treble stitch the squares are easy to make.
