May sees Lion Brand Yarns introduce ‘marigold’ as their colour of the month and as the weather starts to get much warmer (depending on where you live that is!) this month is the perfect time to make a lightweight sweater, vest, poncho or shawl.
If you live in a hot climate on a gorgeous little Greek island like me, during the summer months of July and August anything made from yarn might be the last thing you want to wear, so instead, you could make something for your home, like a lightweight blanket or afghan.
*Don’t forget to pin and share!*
Below is a roundup of the Lion Brand patterns that I think will be practical for the month of May, made in those sunny marigold hues.
