Now that fall is here and the weather has started to change, what could be a better way to occupy your hands when watching Netflix than to start a new knitting project.
Recently I have been buying new yarns in gorgeous colours, made from 60% alpaca and 40% wool for a really soft blend.
This type of yarn is perfect for fall knitting projects like hats and scarves.
Knit Hat Patterns
There are so many hat patterns out there, that you are really spoilt for choice. From fine knits to super chunky knitted hats, you can make one for every outfit.
When you look in the stores and see knitted hats for sale, they are often poor quality and made with acrylic yarns....so making your own is a much better idea!
Choosing your own yummy yarns and making a hat for yourself is really satisfying and sure to bring compliments from friends and family.
They will say 'where did you get that hat?!' and when you say you made it, they will be super impressed by your mad knitting skills and ask for one too!
Once you start making hats, you will see how easy they are to knit and start to experiment with various patterns, colours and stitches.
