How To Measure Your Dog’s Neck

Before knitting, it’s helpful to measure your dog’s neck.

The easiest method is to measure your current pup’s collar and then add enough length to comfortably tie a knot (usually around 8-12 inches extra).

Depending on the size of the dog, the length of the scarf will vary.
