Bucket Hat Pattern
The bucket hat crochet pattern is for advanced beginners.
This is a quick project, you only need an hour or two to make your hat.
For a softer hat, you can make it in cotton but if you prefer your hat to have a bit more structure then raffia is a great option.
The stitches and techniques you need to know…
The stitches used in this pattern are (in US terms) single crochet and increasing by completing two single crochet stitches into one stitch.
The rounds of single crochet create the hat shape, increasing to shape the width and the brim.
