The scarf is knitted using seed stitch and will keep you warm during the colder months, as it is made with chunky yarn.

Knit using the seed stitch, you can view the seed stitch video tutorial to learn how to do this.

Knit Infinity Scarf

This scarf is knit on circular needles width-wise – so you are knitting the whole length of the scarf until it reaches the width that you want.

I knitted around 10 inches and that was high enough for me, but if you want to make it longer or shorter, it is up to you!

Infinity Scarf PatternKnitting For Beginners

It wraps around your neck twice to make a warm and cosy cowl.

The infinity scarf pattern is easy to follow, knitting in the round on 24″ circular needles, you could use straight needles if that is your preference, but there are many stitches to cast on.

This easy knitting pattern is great for any beginners who are learning how to knit, as it is a great project for learning the basic knitting stitches.

    Until it measures 10 inches?

Hello Joanne, yes – you cast on the scarf width wise – so you knit until it measures 10″. You can make it longer if you wish to depend on how wide you want it to be. Thanks for reading 🙂
