Hocus Pocus Halloween ideas inspired by the movie Hocus Pocus.
If Halloween is your favourite day to get dressed up, eat lots of candy and get into some serious pumpkin carving – what better way to channel your inner witch (or warlock?!) than to get some inspiration from the movie Hocus Pocus.
The movie (from 1993) is about three kids who accidentally free a trio of witches, who after being gone for 300 years are brought back from the dead by a virgin who lit the Black Flame Candle.
The kids then have to figure out a way to stop them, before they steal the souls of children everywhere.
A Halloween Classic Movie
It has become a Halloween classic, obsessively watched—and rewatched—year after year and every Halloween, the stars are asked the same question: Will there ever be a sequel? I hope so!!
The Halloween tradition in our house is to have a movie night and watch the Disney movie Hocus Pocus.
Hocus Pocus has always been one of my favourite movies.
From the scene-stealing Thackeray Binx to the 90’s fashion, the Sanderson sisters and the whole way the movie is styled, the movie is a classic for a reason.
