Making hats for yourself or loved ones can be great projects for the cooler months.
In the fall or winter, making a chunky knit hat is just what is needed to stay warm and cosy in the cold weather.
I love to get comfy on the sofa with my knitting and watch something on Netflix, knitting hats with chunky yarn like Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick and Quick.
This is one of my favourite yarns to work with, especially Fisherman (in the white).
The hat in the photo below has been made in one of my favourite yarns and knit up on big needles – size 9mm (US 13) 16″ circulars.
